Inspiring Journey to North of Vietnam

Upon arrival at the airport in Hanoi, you will be greeted by our guide who will then escort you to your hotel. Hanoi is the capital city of Vietnam and a popular tourist destination in the northern region of the country. Check-in at your hotel is at 2:00 P.M. The remainder of the day is yours to explore the city at your own pace. Meals are not included, and you may choose to dine on your own. You will spend the night at your hotel in Hanoi.

Embark on a memorable journey to Halong Bay today, which is considered the crown jewel of North Vietnam due to its stunning scenery featuring thousands of limestone islands. You will travel through picturesque rice fields and the lush land of Red River Delta on a shuttle bus. Upon arrival at the pier around noon, you will board a luxurious cruise where the captain and crew will welcome you with a drink and a briefing.

After settling into your cabin, relish a scrumptious lunch while the ship cruises past the bay’s many jungle-clad mountains and mysterious caves. You will have ample time to swim in the emerald waters, climb up to the top of the islands for a panoramic view, or kayak around the limestone karsts. Later, the ship will anchor in a peaceful area, where you can relax and enjoy the evening.

Savor a fresh cocktail on the sundeck with your fellow passengers while admiring the breathtaking scenery of the surroundings. Then, indulge in a delicious Vietnamese dinner. After dinner, you can participate in various onboard activities such as playing games, fishing for squid, or watching movies.

Commence your day early with a peaceful Tai Chi session aboard the cruise ship to refresh your mind and body in the serene surroundings. Savor a scrumptious breakfast while the ship sails through the enchanting limestone karsts and caves.

Subsequently, get ready to vacate your cabin. As the ship starts cruising back to the harbor, spend your leisure time relaxing on the ship or admiring the stunning views en route.

A delectable brunch will be served on board as you return. Upon arrival at the harbor, you will be transferred to Hanoi by shuttle bus. You will arrive in Hanoi at approximately 5:00 pm.

In the morning, you will take a VIP bus from Hanoi to Sapa, arriving in Sapa with enough time to leave your luggage at the hotel. Please note that your hotel room will be available from 2.00 pm onwards.

Later in the afternoon, take a short trip south towards Muong Hoa Valley, a breathtaking area that boasts the largest terraced rice fields in Sapa. If your visit is between May and October, during the local harvest period, you will have the opportunity to witness the local farmers in action, which presents an excellent opportunity for photography. The walk will take you from Lao Chai Village of the Black H’mong Minority to the Ta Van Village of the Giay Minority, where you can observe and appreciate the different traditions, cultures, and costumes of the two minority groups.

After the walk, return to Sapa and spend the rest of the afternoon at your leisure.

In today journey, you will join a discovery Cat Cat Village, also called Shin chai village of H’mong. This is an old village nestled in a beautiful valley and situated about three kilometers from Sapa Town.

Come to Cat Cat Village, you will have a chance to visit the Hydropower station, witness the peacefully picturesque sceneries of the waterfall of Cat Cat village as well as experience the daily life of local ethnic people with their traditional crafts such as weaving, carved silver, and hand-forged agricultural tools.

Afterward, back to Sapa town. Then, spend your free time to take photos or shop before the bus takes you back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hotel Hanoi.

Today, you have the opportunity to explore Hanoi at your own pace and in your own style. Take advantage of this free day to wander around the Old Quarter, visit the city’s many landmarks, try local street food, or shop for souvenirs. In the morning, you will be transferred (without a guide) from the hotel to Noi Bai International Airport for your departure flight. Please note that you can use the room until 12:00 pm only.
