Itinerary

Your guide will greet you at the airport and accompany you to your hotel. You have arrived in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, which is considered as one of the top destinations in the northern region. The hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, and the rest of the day is at your leisure to enjoy. Meals on your own. Spend the night at the hotel in Hanoi.

Embark on a fascinating journey to Halong Bay, the stunning natural wonder of Northern Vietnam, featuring numerous limestone islands spread across the bay. Our shuttle bus will drive you through scenic rice fields as we pass through the serene countryside and the verdant Red River Delta.

After a picturesque drive, we arrive at the pier around noon. Upon boarding our deluxe cruise, receive a warm welcome drink from the crew and captain while getting a brief overview of the cruise itinerary.

Once settled in your cabin, enjoy a scrumptious lunch while the ship sets sail, passing by several forested mountains and mysterious caves en route to the bay.

You will have ample time to trek to the top of the karsts for panoramic views of the bay or paddle around the limestone formations on a kayak. Return to the ship and cruise to a peaceful anchorage spot.

In the evening, relish a refreshing cocktail with fellow passengers on the sundeck while admiring the breathtaking scenery before savoring a Vietnamese feast for dinner.

Afterwards, partake in various onboard activities, such as playing games, fishing for squid, or watching movies before retiring for the night on the cruise.

Start your day afresh with a peaceful Tai Chi session on board in the early morning, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere to rejuvenate both your mind and body.

While enjoying breakfast, the ship will traverse through various limestone karsts and caves.

Post breakfast, get ready to check out of your cabin. As the ship heads back to the harbor, take the time to relax on board or appreciate the stunning views passing by.

During the return trip, brunch will be served on board. Once the ship reaches the harbor, take the shuttle bus to Hanoi. You should arrive in Hanoi around 5:00 PM, with dinner on your own. Spend the night at the hotel.

You will be transported to Sapa on this day, a charming mountainous town situated in northern Vietnam, that boasts spectacular natural scenery. Sapa is renowned for its captivating terraced rice fields and stunning mountain views, making it an ideal place to appreciate the beauty of nature. Once you arrive in town, indulge in a Vietnamese meal at a local eatery.

Next, embark on an exhilarating two-hour trek to Cat Cat Village, which is home to the Black H’mong ethnic community. This presents an excellent opportunity to gain insight into their customs, culture, and costumes. Additionally, you can capture striking photos of the grand waterfall located in the vicinity.

In the morning, you will be transferred to Y Linh Ho, a scenic location with spectacular views of Hoang Lien Son mountain range, along with Muong Hoa stream, which takes only a short 30-minute drive. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to see the local farmers in action if your trip falls between May and October, which is the harvest season.

The trek starts at Lao Chai Village of the Black H’mong ethnic group and takes you to the Giay minority’s Ta Van Village. Passing the Ta Van Bridge, you will return to Sapa by bus before heading back to Hanoi. You will spend the night at a hotel in Hanoi.

Today, you have some free time to explore the vibrant city of Hanoi at your own leisure. With its bustling streets and unique culture, Hanoi has plenty to offer, such as trying local street food, taking photos, and experiencing the daily life of the Old Quarter.

Please note that your hotel room will only be available until noon, but you may request a late check-out if needed.

Later in the evening, you will board an overnight train to Da Nang. During the journey, you will have the opportunity to admire the stunning scenery of Vietnam.

Today, you have the entire day to explore Da Nang at your leisure. This city is renowned as the most livable city in Vietnam and boasts a plethora of captivating attractions that are famous worldwide, such as the Dragon Bridge, Ba Na Hill, and Marble Mountains. Take the opportunity to discover the city’s cultural and historical heritage, sample the delicious local cuisine, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of this dynamic metropolis.

You will embark on a journey to the west, heading towards the base of the mountain range in Indochina. Your destination is My Son – a holy Sanctuary that houses more than 70 towers and temples dedicated to Shiva and other Hindu gods. This historical site is located approximately 70km southwest of Danang and 40km from Hoi An, and it boasts an extraordinary collection of ancient Champa style buildings constructed from red bricks and beautiful sandstone.

While you are there, you will also have the opportunity to enjoy a traditional music performance. Afterward, you will board a boat and cruise down the River Thu Bon, stopping at a traditional village before returning to Da Nang. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure, and meals on your own. You will spend the night at the hotel.

After having your breakfast, you will be taken to Da Nang Airport to catch a flight to Ho Chi Minh City, the largest city in Vietnam situated in the southern part of the country. Upon reaching, you will be picked up and transported to the hotel, where you can spend the rest of the day at your own pace.

This morning, your journey will take you to the small town of My Tho, situated on the Mekong River. Enjoy the scenic view along the National Highway before boarding a sampan boat for a cruise down the river.

Upon arrival in My Tho, visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, the most impressive pagoda in Tien Giang province. Then, take a delightful boat ride and experience the beauty of the countryside along the river.

Make a stop at Tortoise Islet to enjoy lunch in an orchard garden. Afterwards, head to An Khanh and meet the locals to experience daily life in the Mekong Delta. Enjoy a hand-rowed sampan ride along natural canals and stop at a local family’s home to savor tropical fruit and honey tea, while listening to folk song music performed by the locals.

Later, return to Ho Chi Minh City for the night. Dinner is not included. Overnight at the hotel.

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you will embark on a tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels. These historic tunnels stretch over 250 kilometers and were used by Vietnamese soldiers during the 1960s, playing a significant role in the Vietnam War. The tunnels allowed the Viet Cong to control a large rural area close to Ho Chi Minh City, serving as an underground city complete with hospitals, schools, meeting rooms, kitchens, and sleeping quarters.

After exploring the tunnels, you will return to the surface and be transported back to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. In the afternoon, you are free to go shopping at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Thank you for choosing our travel services for your trip to Vietnam. Today, you will be picked up from your hotel without a guide and transferred to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your departure flight. Please note that the room will only be available until noon.
