7-DAY VIETNAM EXPLORATION FROM SOUTH TO NORTH

Upon your arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, our local guide will be waiting for you at Tan Son Nhat Airport to escort you to your hotel for check-in. Your room will be available from 02:00 PM onwards, allowing you time to settle in.

The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure. Meals will be on your own, and you will spend the night at the hotel.

Between 08:00 and 08:30 AM, our guide will pick you up from your hotel to commence the city tour, which includes:

Independence Palace (formerly the Norodom Palace), a symbol of Vietnamese independence.

War Remnants Museum, showcasing artifacts from the Indochina wars.

Notre Dame Cathedral & Central Post Office, iconic French colonial structures.

Jade Emperor Pagoda, renowned for its tranquil ambiance and intricate details.

Take a rest and have lunch at a local restaurant.

Following lunch, around 02:00 PM, embark on a 1.5-hour journey through picturesque countryside to reach the Cu Chi Tunnels, a historic site utilized by Vietnamese soldiers during wartime. This extensive network spans over 250 km and served as a vital shelter for soldiers.

Between 06:00 and 07:00 PM, you will be dropped off at your hotel, where you can enjoy dinner on your own. Spend the night at the hotel.

Our guide and driver will collect you from your hotel and embark on a 1.5-hour journey to My Tho, with scheduled stops along the way for refreshments and restroom breaks.

Upon arrival, we’ll board a motorboat and navigate through a vast network of canals and channels, providing picturesque views of the Mekong River, including the renowned Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix islands.

We’ll pause at one of the floating fish houses, where villagers cultivate freshwater fish and shrimp in nets and wire baskets, a significant export of the region.

Crossing the river, we’ll visit a traditional workshop, observing the meticulous process of making coconut candy, honey farming, and indulging in local delicacies while enjoying traditional music.

Experience the local lifestyle firsthand by hand-rowing a sampan along the serene canal. We’ll then transfer to a Xe Loi, a local form of transportation, to explore the surrounding villages.

Lunch will be served at a riverside restaurant, featuring a Vietnamese 5-course set menu.

Following lunch, enjoy a brief respite before returning via motorboat to My Tho. We’ll proceed to Vinh Trang Pagoda, an architectural marvel dating back to the 19th century, adorned with numerous Buddha statues, some of which are over a century old.

We’ll then embark on a 1.5-hour journey back to Ho Chi Minh City, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel. Dinner arrangements will be at your discretion, and you’ll spend the night at the hotel.

Spend your free time at leisure until our driver arrives to transfer you to the airport for your domestic flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by the tour guide and driver, who will take you to your hotel for check-in. Your room will be available from 2:00 PM.

02:00 PM: Begin the city tour to visit the most famous sights, including:

Ho Chi Minh Complex (outside only), where President Ho Chi Minh rests in peace.

The traditional stilt house and the One-Pillar Pagoda, known for its unique structure.

Ngoc Son Temple, dedicated to Tran Hung Dao, the General Commander renowned for his defense against the Mongols.

You will also have a chance to explore Dong Xuan market and do some shopping if time permits.

Return to the hotel. Meals are on your own. Overnight at the hotel

Following breakfast, we’ll embark on a guide-free trip from Hanoi to the majestic Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its 2000 islets set against a backdrop of limestone formations in the Gulf of Tonkin. The breathtaking natural wonders and diverse landscapes of Halong will surely captivate every visitor.

An enchanting overnight cruise awaits you on Halong Bay, where you’ll be treated to a delectable seafood feast that promises to be an unforgettable experience.

Lunch and dinner will be provided on the cruise. Enjoy your stay overnight on the boat.

Post-breakfast, seize the opportunity to bask in the sun and unwind amidst the enchanting vistas of the bay. Following brunch aboard – approximately at 11:30 AM, you’ll journey back to Hanoi for hotel check-in. Dinner will be at your discretion. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Your room is available to use until noon. And then, our driver will come and transfer you to the airport for your flight home. End of service!
