7 – DAY SOUTHERN VIETNAM WITH BEACH BREAK IN PHU QUOC

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’s largest metropolis. Our guide and driver will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to your hotel for checking in. Your room will be ready from 2:00 PM. The remainder of the day is free for you to relax or explore at your leisure.

Meals are on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

08:00 – 08:30 AM: You will be picked up from your hotel to begin the city tour, which includes:

• Independence Palace (Reunification Palace), built on the site of the former Norodom Palace.

• War Remnants Museum, showcasing extensive exhibits from the Indochina wars.

• Notre Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office, beautiful examples of French Colonial architecture.

• Jade Emperor Pagoda, known for its peaceful atmosphere and the many stories behind its intricate details.

12:30 PM: Enjoy lunch at a famous Phở restaurant (Vietnamese noodle soup).

02:00 PM: Depart for a 1.5-hour drive through the pleasant countryside to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a historic site where Vietnamese soldiers took shelter during wartime. This impressive network stretches over 250 km. There is also a shooting range where, for a fee, you can try firing automatic or semi-automatic weapons (fee not included).

06:00 – 07:00 PM: Return to your hotel. Dinner is at your own expense. Overnight at the hotel.

Your tour begins with a pickup from your hotel by our guide and driver, who will take you on a 2.5-hour drive to Cai Be. Refreshment and restroom breaks are planned en route. The itinerary includes:

• Exploring a local flea market and embarking on a scenic boat ride through the Mekong River’s extensive canal system.

• Sampling fresh fruits and discovering regional crafts at workshops producing coconut candy, snake wine, popped rice, and rice paper.

• Visiting Tan Phong Island and a lush fruit orchard, enjoying Vietnamese traditional music, and engaging with the community.

• Participating in a cooking class, followed by a delightful lunch.

• Enjoying a 30-minute bicycle tour around the village, offering an authentic glimpse into the daily lives of the locals.

• Returning to your accommodation, bidding farewell to your hosts, and driving back to Ho Chi Minh City.

You will have dinner independently and stay overnight at the hotel.

Spend the day at your leisure until it’s time for your transfer to the airport for your flight to Phu Quoc, unaccompanied by a guide. Upon arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel for checking in. Meals on your own account.

At 09:00 AM: Depart from your hotel via taxi to the rendezvous point at 143 Tran Hung Dao street, Duong To, Phu Quoc.

• Pearl Farm: Discover the intriguing history behind pearl cultivation on Phu Quoc Island.

• Sim Wine Factory: Observe the wine production and sample the unique local brews.

• Pepper Farm: Gain insights into the process of pepper farming.

• Ham Ninh Fishing Village: Experience the village’s daily life and visit the Ho Quoc pagoda.

• Sao Beach: Relish a leisurely lunch and unwind with swimming and sunbathing.

• Coconut Prison: Delve into a significant chapter of Vietnam’s history.

• Fish Sauce Factory: Witness the traditional methods of fish sauce production.

• Tranh Stream: Available as a stop during the rainy season from May to October.

By 04:30 PM: Make your way back to your hotel. The evening is yours to enjoy, with dinner on your own and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Today, you have the entire day to freely explore the charms of Phu Quoc Island.

This quaint tropical paradise, nestled off Vietnam’s South West coast, is renowned for its stunning beauty. Over half of the island is designated as a National Park, teeming with diverse flora and marine life, ideal for snorkeling enthusiasts. Phu Quoc caters to all tastes, offering secluded, heavenly beaches and inviting forest trails. It’s a place where every visitor can find their slice of bliss.

Plan your own meals and enjoy a restful night at the hotel.

You have free time until our driver arrives to transfer you to Phu Quoc Airport for your departure flight (without the guide). Your room will be available until noon – 12:00 PM. This marks the end of our services.
