7- DAY VIETNAM’S WONDERS DISCOVERY

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’s largest metropolis. Our guide and driver will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to your hotel for checking in. Your room will be ready from 2:00 PM. The remainder of the day is free for you to relax or explore at your leisure.

Meals are on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

08:00 – 08:30 AM: You will be picked up from your hotel to begin the city tour, which includes:

Independence Palace (Reunification Palace), built on the site of the former Norodom Palace.

War Remnants Museum, showcasing extensive exhibits from the Indochina wars.

Notre Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office, beautiful examples of French Colonial architecture.

Jade Emperor Pagoda, known for its peaceful atmosphere and the many stories behind its intricate details.

12:30 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

02:00 PM: Depart for a 1.5-hour drive through the pleasant countryside to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a historic site where Vietnamese soldiers took shelter during wartime. This impressive network stretches over 250 km. There is also a shooting range where, for a fee, you can try firing automatic or semi-automatic weapons (fee not included).

06:00 – 07:00 PM: Return to your hotel. Dinner is at your own expense. Overnight at the hotel.

Our guide and driver will collect you from your hotel and embark on a 1.5-hour journey to My Tho, with scheduled stops along the way for refreshments and restroom breaks.

Upon arrival, we’ll board a motorboat and navigate through a vast network of canals and channels, providing picturesque views of the Mekong River, including the renowned Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix islands.

We’ll pause at one of the floating fish houses, where villagers cultivate freshwater fish and shrimp in nets and wire baskets, a significant export of the region.

Crossing the river, we’ll visit a traditional workshop, observing the meticulous process of making coconut candy, honey farming, and indulging in local delicacies while enjoying traditional music.

Experience the local lifestyle firsthand by hand-rowing a sampan along the serene canal. We’ll then transfer to a Xe Loi, a local form of transportation, to explore the surrounding villages.

Lunch will be served at a riverside restaurant, featuring a Vietnamese 5-course set menu.

Following lunch, enjoy a brief respite before returning via motorboat to My Tho. We’ll proceed to Vinh Trang Pagoda, an architectural marvel dating back to the 19th century, adorned with numerous Buddha statues, some of which are over a century old.

We’ll then embark on a 1.5-hour journey back to Ho Chi Minh City for a flight to Danang. Upon arrival, you will be escorted to the hotel in Danang for checking in. Dinner on your own.

Between 07:45 and 08:00 AM, you’ll be collected from your Danang hotel and shuttled to Ba Na Hills, 35 kilometers away. Ascend to the Ba Na Hills station via a world-record-holding cable car. Make a stop at the Night station to explore Vong Nguyet hills, the historic French Villas, and the renowned Golden Bridge.

The journey continues on the cable car to the summit of Nui Chua Mountain, the pinnacle of the Ba Na range. Here, you’ll visit the Nghinh Phong peak, Le Nim Villas, and the Orchid Garden. Enjoy the unique hill climbing train, Vietnam’s first funicular, and explore the historic Debay Ancient Wine Cellar and the romantic Le Jardin D’amour flower garden. A buffet lunch awaits at a local restaurant.

Spend the afternoon at your leisure, either partaking in the myriad of games at Fantasy Park, Vietnam’s third-largest indoor game zone, including 4 – 5D movies, skiver, The death race, and dinosaur park, or exploring Ba Na Hills independently for about two hours.

At 03:00 PM, you’ll return via cable car and be driven back to your hotel.

Later, a driver will escort you to Danang airport for your flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, our tour guide will greet you and facilitate your transfer to the hotel for check-in. You’ll have dinner on your own and stay overnight at the hotel.

From 07:30 to 08:30 AM, our guide and bus will collect you for the trip to Ninh Binh province, located 90 kilometers south of Hanoi. Enjoy a 20-minute break en route to appreciate the fine Vietnamese handicrafts, including lacquerware, paintings, and embroidery.

Upon reaching Hoa Lu, once Vietnam’s ancient capital in the 10th century, you’ll tour the historic temples of the Dinh and Le dynasties, showcasing time-honored architecture.

Explore the nearby excavation site next to the Le Dai Hanh temple, where you’ll encounter remnants of the Royal Palaces dating back to the 10th century. Afterward, we’ll proceed to Tam Coc.

At 02:00 PM, embark on a shared sampan boat at Tam Coc dock. Glide along the river, weaving through villages, against a backdrop of mountains and verdant rice paddies. Traverse three mystical caves—Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba—and experience their unique ambiance. The journey concludes with a return to the dock and a bus ride back to Hanoi.

Your Halong Bay day begins with a hotel pickup between 08:00 and 08:30 AM. Departing from Hanoi, you’ll travel in an air-conditioned bus, enjoying a 3.5-hour drive through the picturesque Red River Delta countryside, and observing Vietnamese farmers tending to their rice fields and water buffaloes.

Upon reaching Halong Bay, embark on a stunning day cruise. Following an introduction by your guide, savor a delightful seafood lunch onboard. The cruise, lasting nearly four hours, offers a chance to witness the breathtaking landscape of this UNESCO World Heritage site, including its myriad limestone formations and the iconic Dog Stone, Burning Incense Islet, and Fighting-Cock Islet.

Post-lunch, visit Ba Hang Fishing Village for an exciting kayak or bamboo boat ride, steered by local villagers. This is a highlight of the trip. Next, explore the grandeur of Thien Cung Cave, adorned with intricate stalactites and stalagmites.

Relax with a tea break and taste the regional green bean cake while basking in the glow of Halong Bay’s sunset.

The day concludes with a shuttle bus journey back to Hanoi, with hotel drop-off scheduled between 08:30 and 09:00 PM.

Enjoy dinner at your leisure and an overnight stay at your hotel.

Your room is available to use until noon. And then, our driver will come and transfer you to the airport for your flight home. End of service!
