Itinerary

Upon your arrival in Hanoi, our designated driver will greet you at Noi Bai Airport and provide transportation to your hotel for check-in.

Meals will be at your own expense. You’ll spend the night at the hotel.

Between 07:45 and 08:30 AM, we will embark on our journey to Bai Dinh Pagoda and the Trang An eco-tourism site. Along the way, we’ll make a brief stop to stretch our legs.

From 10:30 to 11:00 AM, we’ll explore the impressive Bai Dinh Pagoda, renowned as Southeast Asia’s largest Buddhist complex, boasting numerous temples and over 500 intricately carved Buddha statues.

At 12:30 PM, we’ll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, savoring special dishes from the region.

By 01:30 PM, we’ll embark on a boat trip through the captivating cave chains of Trang An.

Between 06:30 and 07:00 PM, we’ll return you to your hotel. Dinner arrangements will be at your discretion, and you’ll spend the night at the hotel.

Between 07:30 and 08:00 AM, we’ll pick you up from your hotel to commence a picturesque 3.5-hour drive to Halong Bay.

At 12:45 PM, we’ll arrive at the harbor, where you’ll board a Day cruise after a brief orientation. Lunch will be served as we cruise through the stunning emerald waters, passing iconic landmarks such as the Dog Stone and the Burning Incense islet. We’ll make a stop at Ba Hang fishing village for optional kayaking or a serene sampan boat ride rowed by locals.

We’ll then visit Fighting-Cock islet and explore the mesmerizing Heavenly Palace (Thien Cung) cave.

A tea break featuring local finger foods and a chance to admire the sunset over Halong Bay will follow.

Between 04:45 and 05:15 PM, we’ll return to the harbor, disembark, and board the bus back to Hanoi.

By 08:30 PM, we’ll drop you off at your hotel. Dinner arrangements will be at your discretion, and you’ll spend the night at the hotel.

Indulge in a delightful local breakfast at your hotel. Following this, we’ll proceed to Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hanoi’s oldest Buddhist temple, which traces its roots back to the 6th century during the reign of Emperor Ly Nam De Dynasty (544 – 548).

Over the centuries, this sacred site has undergone several transformations, including its renaming from An Quoc to Tran Quoc (meaning “protecting the country”) by Emperor Le Huy Tong in the 17th century.

Next, we’ll visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Mondays and Fridays) and explore his traditional stilt house.

At 12:00 PM, we’ll check out of the hotel and transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted and transferred to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Meals will be at your own expense. You’ll spend the night at the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Our guide and driver will collect you from your hotel and embark on a 1.5-hour journey to My Tho. Along the route, we’ll make stops for refreshments and restroom breaks.

Upon reaching our destination, we’ll board a motorboat to traverse a vast network of canals and channels, offering breathtaking vistas of the Mekong River, including the renowned “Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix” islands. We’ll pause at a floating fish house where villagers cultivate freshwater fish and shrimp, a significant regional export.

Crossing the river, we’ll visit a traditional workshop to observe the meticulous process of making coconut candy and honey farming, with opportunities to sample these delights while enjoying traditional music.

Experience the local way of life as you hand-row a sampan along the tranquil canal, followed by a transfer to a Xe Lôi, a local form of transportation, for a village tour.

Lunch will be served at a riverside restaurant, featuring a Vietnamese 5-course set menu. Please inform us in advance if you have any food allergies, dietary preferences, or require Halal options.

After lunch, we’ll rest briefly before returning by motorboat to My Tho. Our journey continues to Vinh Trang Pagoda, a splendid example of southern architectural heritage dating back to the mid-19th century, adorned with numerous Buddha statues, some dating over a century old.

Finally, we’ll embark on a 1.5-hour drive back to Ho Chi Minh City, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel. Dinner arrangements will be at your discretion, and you’ll spend the night at the hotel.

Between 08:00 and 08:30 AM, we’ll collect you from your hotel to commence the city tour, featuring:

Independence Palace (the Reunification Palace), erected on the grounds of the former Norodom Palace.

War Remnants Museum, showcasing a vast array of exhibits from the Indochina wars.

Notre Dame Cathedral & Central Post Office, striking examples of French Colonial architecture.

Jade Emperor Pagoda, exuding a serene atmosphere with intriguing tales behind each intricacy.

At 12:30 PM, we’ll break for lunch at a renowned Phở restaurant, famous for its Vietnamese noodle soup.

By 02:00 PM, we’ll embark on a 1.5-hour journey through picturesque countryside landscapes to reach Cu Chi Tunnels, a historic site utilized by Vietnamese soldiers as shelters during wartime. This extensive network spans over 250 km and served as a crucial refuge during conflicts.

Between 06:00 and 07:00 PM, we’ll drop you back at your hotel. Dinner arrangements will be at your own expense.

At an appropriate time later in the night, you’ll be picked up from your hotel (without a guide) and transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
